• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Impersonate another person or entity

CeylonBazaar acts as a platform to connect buyers and sellers. We are not a party to any transaction between users.

• Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings
• Buyers are responsible for verifying items before purchase
• All transactions are between individual users
• We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of items
• Payment and delivery arrangements are between buyer and seller
• We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates our policies

All content on CeylonBazaar, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of CeylonBazaar or its content suppliers.

By posting content on our platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with our services.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our platform, you consent to our collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Multiple user complaints
• Providing false information
• Any conduct we deem harmful to our platform or users

You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.

In the event of a dispute between users, we encourage amicable resolution through direct communication. CeylonBazaar may provide assistance but is not obligated to mediate disputes.

Any disputes arising from these Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of Sri Lanka and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Colombo, Sri Lanka.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the platform. Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
